Last updated: 12 March 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Tutorium platform ("Platform"), operated by AI Tutorium ("we", "us", "our"), a company based in the United Kingdom.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account Terms
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- You must notify us immediately at hello@aitutorium.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Membership & Subscriptions
Free tier
A free account gives you access to non-premium content on the Platform.
Pro membership
Pro membership is a paid subscription that provides access to all content, including premium articles and lessons. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Stripe.
Billing
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the pricing page and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro content until the end of your current billing period. New subscribers are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy for full details. Outside this period, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to articles, lessons, courses, videos, graphics, and software — is owned by AI Tutorium or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and view the content for your own learning purposes.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent.
- You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access Pro content through your account.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or other users' experience
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date educational content, we make no representations about the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Tutorium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
