1. Our Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your AI Tutorium Pro membership. That is why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new Pro subscriptions — no questions asked.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of your initial subscription payment and we will issue a full refund.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- Your refund request is made within 14 calendar days of your first Pro subscription payment.
- This is your first Pro subscription with AI Tutorium. The guarantee applies once per customer.
- Payment was made directly through our website via Stripe (not through a third-party reseller or promotional offer with separate terms).
3. What Is Not Covered
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Renewal payments — Refunds apply only to your initial subscription payment. Subsequent monthly or yearly renewal charges are not refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Requests after 14 days — If more than 14 days have passed since your initial payment, we are unable to offer a refund. You can still cancel your subscription to stop future billing.
- Repeat claims — The money-back guarantee is available once per customer. If you have previously received a refund and re-subscribed, subsequent subscriptions are not covered.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at hello@aitutorium.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the email address associated with your AI Tutorium account.
- We will verify your eligibility and process the refund within 5 business days.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (via Stripe).
- Once processed on our side, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Upon refund, your account is immediately downgraded to the Free tier. You will retain access to all free content and any progress you have made.
6. Cancellation vs Refund
Cancellation and refund are different:
- Cancel — Stops future billing. You keep Pro access until the end of your current period, then revert to Free. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
- Refund — Returns your initial payment. Pro access ends immediately and your account reverts to Free.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorised, please contact us first at hello@aitutorium.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
